We are an online booking platform for alternative healing and conscious wellness in Tulum, Mexico & around the globe through online sessions.
We have carefully curated our community of qualified healers. Enjoy your session in the comfort of your house or hotel. Or discover healing sanctuaries immersed in nature.
Healing Tulum is not a place, not wellness center, spa, or healing center.
Booking
How to book a session with Healing Tulum?
Healing Tulum counts with a vast menu of services. You can browse for individual sessions, couples, groups, online sessions, or special events. Healing Tulum also helps to customize your healing agenda or private retreat.
Choose the therapy/ session/ ceremony that resonates with you.
Each therapy has a detailed description: benefits, healing purpose, and what you should know before and after each session.
When you choose your session, click on the calendar for the day and time you would like to book. The page will take you to the checkout page, where you can pay via Paypal, credit, or debit card.
Healing Tulum only asks for a deposit to guarantee the reserved slot.
Can I book more than one session?
Yes, you can book as many sessions as you like or as gifts for friends and family.
Are bookings transferable?

What to do if I cannot get the slot for a session of my choice?
Please contact us via WhatsApp: +525522649289, chat, or email at [email protected]. We will do our best to help you with the booking subject to the availability of the slots, but we can not guarantee slots.
How do I know which session is for me?
We always recommend to our clients to think about what their healing purpose is. Whether you want to address a childhood or adult trauma, an emotional block, or simply want to bring out your greatest potential, you will find a detailed description in each session.

Payments
Do I need to pay the total amount?
No, Healing Tulum only asks for a deposit to guarantee the slot is reserved.
The rest of the payment should be paid on the day of the session.
Can I pay the full fee to the healer after the session?
No, you need to pay the deposit amount to guarantee your slot. Your session will be confirmed once you pay the deposit.
How should I pay?
We accept Paypal, credit, and debit cards to pay the deposit to book your session.
The remaining balance must be paid to the healer on the day of your session, preferably in cash.
Cancellation / Refunds
How can I cancel my appointment?
You can not cancel your appointment. However, if you speak to the healer or Healing Tulum Team, we may be able to reschedule. Deposits are not refundable in case of cancellation.
Do I get a refund if I cancel my appointment?
No. If our healers have to reschedule their appointment, Healing Tulum will work with you to find another time slot. Refunds are only available if Healing Tulum or the Healer has to cancel the session without being able to reschedule for another time or day.
What if I can not attend the session or retreat I signed up for?
Please message the healer to cancel your spot. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for any cancellations for sessions, ceremonies, events, classes, or retreats. However, if you speak to the healer, he or she may be able to reschedule it for you.
How to amend my order?

Location
Where does the session take place?
Sessions are held at the client’s place. Either at your hotel room (before booking, check with your hotel if they allow external healers) or in your Airbnb or villa.
Some of our healers require you to visit their place or studio where they offer the sessions.
Healing Tulum can provide special locations for special events or groups, such as cenotes, lagoons, and beaches. These places have an extra cost. Check with our concierge to know more.
Preparation
How can I prepare for the session?
In the description of each session, you can find in detail what you need to do before and after for each session.
In most cases, you are required to eat lightly a few hours before the session, wear comfortable clothes, and, if you prefer, wear white clothes and write down your healing purpose.
We will send you the necessary information for special ceremonies before the ceremony.
You will be notified before the session if you have to prepare anything else.
Medical Conditions
Should I speak to someone before booking if I have a medical condition?
If you have a medical condition, it is advised to read through the therapy details and clarify any questions with the healer through email at [email protected].

Each session, therapy, ceremony, and class have different times displayed on the website.

Can I select a specific healer for my session?
No. Each session has assigned a specific healer.
What do I do if I am unhappy with my healer or session?
All our healers are certificated, with more than 5 years of experience. The purpose of Healing Tulum is to provide a quality experience to all our clients.
