Heather started with Hatha Yoga in 2001, as a means to manage chronic low back pain and as a general fitness regime.
Ten years into her personal practice, Heather necessitated a vehicle to help manage a prolonged episode of emotional grief.
She discovered the lineage of Kundalini. Kundalini’s use of Mantra (sacred sound); Mudra (hand gesture) and Deep Meditation. Heather incrementally tempered her emotional trauma and profoundly deepened her practice.
By practising Kundalini’s multi-pronged approach on a daily basis, Heather has personally eradicated her own mental depression, transformed her relationships with others, and manages her scoliosis and sciatica.
Her classes strongly integrate the healing art of music, incorporating sacred mantras to vibrate the subtle energies of her students.
Kundalini Yoga offers an awakening to your fullest potential. Often referred to as “the Yoga of Awareness Kundalini”.
It uses a powerful combination of asanas (poses), pranayama (breath), meditation and relaxation. Three essential components that help restore the body’s systems whereby simultaneously, increasing flexibility, energy, and overall strength.
It is an effective practice that works directly on the glandular and nervous systems to elevate immunity and harmony inside the body and mind as well as charge the electromagnetic field.
This sacred and scientific technology allows the space to access a deeper level of realization, resilience and perseverance while also elevating one’s consciousness.
No previous experience is necessary and all levels are welcome.
