Pablo has completed three Yoga Teacher trainings in Hatha, Kriya Kundalini and Ashtanga Vinyasa, he has also studies Ayurvedic Therapy, Prana Vidya and Reiki. He has delved deep in his own personal practice and he now guides others on their spiritual path and journey to the essence of their being.

Hatha Kriya Yoga is the yoga of the asanas seeking the purification, strength and lightness of the body, mind & Spirit. Combining Vinyasa, Kriya, Hatha & Yin Yoga sequences, the intention of the class is to find our connection with pure breathing and be completely aware of our physical & pranic bodies. Through a very subtle but deep practice we achieve the equilibrium and balance we need to reach a level of absolute relaxation that allows the body to return to its natural state; the state of symbiosis.
